Transformative Psychotherapy Specializing in deep work with Men, creatives and black sheep
In person: LOS ANGELES
Virtual: Throughout California
I offer a free initial consultation: 20 minutes
Individual sessions: 300/ 50 minutes
Extended sessions: 350 / 90 minutes (available when deeper or more intensive work is needed)
I maintain a deliberately small caseload to ensure each client receives my full attention. I’m currently accepting a limited number of new clients.
My work is offered exclusively on a private-pay basis. I do not accept insurance, which means our work together is governed entirely by what you need — not by what an outside entity is willing to authorize.
I provide a superbill should you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your provider.
I reserve 30% of my practice for sliding scale. This makes therapy more accessible to all who are called to work with me. Inquire with me if this is something you would need and I can let you know what I have available along this spectrum. In addition, I collaborate with my gifted and talented associates, Mimi Le, and Analia Rey, both AMFT, who are able to provide even more flexible rates and work in the same strength-based spirit.
A credit card is held on file. 48-hour notice is required for cancellations.
I work with a small number of clients at a time by design. If you’re considering reaching out, I encourage you not to wait.
If you're on this page, you've probably connected to some of what I've said, let me share with you a bit more information here to aid you in your search towards health and healing.
I work best with people who have sought some type of inner work and self searching, and value the process of therapy not as a means to an end but as highly unique and heart centered conversation. My conversations that increase your presence towards the constant unfurling of becoming... in directions of awe, beauty and deeper learning.
-Highly creative, deep thinking and preciously sensitive individuals tend to seek out my counsel, people who may be pained by the problems of life, but are connected to patience, kindness and a deep desire to articulate their stories, regardless of age, sexual or gender expression and other identifiers. My clientele tends to see the work of mental/psycho/spiritual health as an investment in ontology, in their being-ness and value this work as an ongoing expression of their values in action.
- The changes that come from this perspective do encompass and promote health, but as a by-product of loving oneself, not as a linear fix it strategy. The path to change starts from gentle truth an honesty with oneself. All you need is an earnest desire to learn more about yourself or your relationship and a willingness to speak as openly as possible about all of your experiences. These changes tend to be deeper and shift the true direction of your life for the better rather than simply cover up or cope.
