Am I the Right Fit?

If you're on this page, you've probably connected to some of what I've said, let me share with you a bit more information here to aid you in your search towards health and healing.

I work best with people who have sought some type of inner work and self searching, and value the process of therapy not as a means to an end but as highly unique and heart centered conversation. Conversations that increase your presence towards the constant unfurling of becoming... in directions of awe, beauty and deeper learning.

-Highly creative, deep thinking and preciously sensitive individuals tend to seek out my counsel, people who may be pained by the problems of life, but are connected to patience, kindness and a deep desire to articulate their stories, regardless of age, sexual or gender expression and other identifiers. My clientele tends to see the work of mental/psycho/spiritual health as an investment in ontology, in their being-ness and value this work as an ongoing expression of their values in action.

-The problems of life are varied, are you ready to give up the shame of your sexuality? Or of drinking too much? ...Of divorce or relationship dischord? ...Of your life becoming smaller because of panic or anxiety? Are you ready to look are your part in your own suffering and paradoxically finding the true roots of where your suffering comes from? Letting go of shame through honesty and honor is the first step to allow you to process and let go of that suffering.

- The changes that come from this perspective do encompass and promote health, but as a by-product of loving oneself, not as a linear fix it strategy. I find the path to change starts from truth an honesty with oneself. All you need is an earnest desire to learn more about yourself or your relationship and a willingness to speak as openly as possible about all of your experiences. These changes tend to be deeper and shift the true direction of your life for the better rather than simply cover up or cope.

Rates

Therapy is an investment in yourself and may bring you more freedom and peace than any pill, car, house or what you hope a relationship should give to you. As an anti-capitalist, my fees allow me to keep a small yet inclusive intimate practice, and give you my best energy, attention, care, emotional attunement and knowledge. Those who can pay full fee, should, because its worth it, those who can't, pay what they are able to because its worth it. That being said, my fee is not only reflective of my long and dedicated schooling and knowledge, but also the years and years of researching consciousness, intuitive skills and earnest engagement with a multitude of perspectives that manifest in me being as fully embodied and present for you. For every hour I spend with a you, there is time I spend in meditation for presence prior to session, there is time I spend in thought and analysis, there is time I spend in research and reading as well as peer consultation, because I feel for you and think about you long after each session concludes.

Please find my full rates below. I do reserve 25% of my practice for sliding scale for those who cannot afford these rates. I will gladly consider sliding scale if I have space, and you are dedicated to showing up consistently. My sliding scale rates fluctuate, and I do my best to offer a full range of options. If you feel strongly called to work with me, please reach out and we can work out a fee or monthly cost that works for you.

I also collaborate with my gifted and talented associate, Mimi Le, AMFT who is able to provide even more flexible rates and works in the same strength-based spirit. If this speaks to you, please inquire with me about Mimi.

I also make free a one time consultation to explore working together, and even if you decide that I am not a fit be the reason financial or otherwise, we can still discern what type of healing might be most effective for you, I am happy to point you in those directions, as I hold a trove of resources and techniques that may send your life in new and unexpectedly healing directions.

I am not on any insurance panels. Like many other therapists, I can provide a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement, please check your plan.

Good Faith Estimates

You are entitled to receive this “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.
There may be additional items or services I may recommend as part of your care that must be scheduled or requested separately and are not reflected in this good faith estimate. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services from the provider(s) listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified here.
You have the right to initiate a dispute resolution process if the actual amount charged to you substantially exceeds the estimated charges stated in your Good Faith Estimate (which means $400 or more beyond the estimated charges).
